Signs You Need a Crash Data Reset
If any of these match your situation, your airbag module almost certainly has stored crash data that needs to be cleared — not replaced.
Airbag light on after accident

How We Reset Your Airbag Module
This is a hardware-level EEPROM operation — not a scan tool reset. Here's exactly what happens to your module.
Step 1
Ship your module (prepaid label provided)
Remove the SRS module from your vehicle — usually located under the center console or dash. We provide packaging guidance and a prepaid return label for qualifying orders.
Step 2
We read the crash dump from EEPROM
Using bench programming equipment and direct EEPROM access, we pull the full memory image from the module — including the crash event data and fault records.
Step 3
Crash data erased, factory calibration preserved
We clear the crash data and hard fault codes while carefully preserving your module's original factory calibration, VIN data, and sensor configuration.
Step 4
OEM-level bench test to verify
Every module is bench-tested after the reset to verify the system responds correctly and all fault codes have been cleared before we ship it back.
Step 5
Module shipped back, plug-and-play ready
We ship via 2-day priority. Reinstall it in your vehicle, clear any residual scan tool codes, and your airbag light should be off. No dealer programming required.
