Send us your dead ECU + donor ECU (or we source one)
Ship both units — your original failed ECU and the compatible replacement. Don't have a donor? We can source one for many platforms. Contact us first and we'll advise.
We read the original EEPROM data
Using professional bench-programming equipment, we extract the full EEPROM contents of your original ECU — VIN, immobilizer seed, fuel maps, calibration tables, and any tune data.
Clone all data to the new unit (VIN, immobilizer, tune, calibration)
We write the extracted data byte-for-byte onto the replacement unit. Every parameter transfers — your car won't know the difference.
Bench test the cloned ECU
We power up the cloned unit on our bench and verify communication, immobilizer function, and sensor responses before it leaves our shop.
Ship back — plug in and drive, no programming needed
We ship both units back to you. Install the cloned ECU, start the car, and drive. No dealer visit, no programming adapter, no locksmith.
Clone vs. Dealer Replacement
Dealers charge for a new ECU, programming, tow, and labor. We charge for the clone. That's it.

Your tune/remap survives
Custom maps, performance remaps, and stage tunes live inside your ECU. We clone them too. Your dyno-tuned map doesn't disappear with a hardware failure.
